At Forcetech Academy, we're committed to providing exceptional AI telecommunications education. Our refund policy reflects our dedication to student success while maintaining fair business practices. Please review these terms carefully before enrolling in our programs.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund Period

Students may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided they have completed less than 20% of their chosen program. This cooling-off period allows you to evaluate if our curriculum meets your learning objectives.

Partial Refund Period

Between 15-30 days after enrollment, partial refunds are available on a prorated basis. The refund amount depends on completed coursework and accessed materials, calculated at 75% of unused program value.

Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies, military deployment, or significant life events may qualify for refund consideration beyond standard timeframes. Documentation is required for review by our academic committee.

We evaluate your enrollment date, course progress, and circumstances. This comprehensive review typically takes 7-10 business days to ensure fair consideration.

Decision & Processing
You'll receive our decision via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, though bank processing may take additional time.

Important Considerations
Refunds are not available after completing 75% of any program. Students who have downloaded significant course materials or completed major project submissions may have reduced refund eligibility. Corporate enrollment refunds follow separate terms outlined in enterprise agreements.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Application and processing fees ( administrative cost per enrollment)
  • Third-party certification exam fees paid directly to testing organizations
  • Physical materials shipped to students (textbooks, hardware kits)
  • One-on-one mentoring sessions already completed
  • Access to proprietary software licenses obtained for individual use
  • Career services consultations and resume review sessions

Payment Method Considerations

Credit Card Refunds

Refunds to credit cards typically appear within 5-10 business days. However, your bank's processing time may extend this period. Contact your card issuer if refunds don't appear within 14 days of our processing confirmation.

Bank Transfer Refunds

Direct bank refunds may take 7-15 business days depending on your financial institution. International transfers can require additional time due to correspondent banking relationships and currency conversion processes.
