Refund Eligibility
Full Refund Period
Students may request a full refund within 14
days of enrollment, provided they have completed
less than 20% of their chosen program. This
cooling-off period allows you to evaluate if our
curriculum meets your learning objectives.
Partial Refund Period
Between 15-30 days after enrollment, partial
refunds are available on a prorated basis. The
refund amount depends on completed coursework
and accessed materials, calculated at 75% of
unused program value.
Special Circumstances
Medical emergencies, military deployment, or
significant life events may qualify for refund
consideration beyond standard timeframes.
Documentation is required for review by our
academic committee.

International transfers can require additional
